300 BEDROOM STUDENT ACCOMODATION HALLS PRESTON

The above project was completed by C.F. Ceilings 4 weeks ahead of schedule.

Due to the lack of space on site and the construction system employed to erect the building, all materials had to be ordered and crane lifted into the building up to four weeks before they were needed. C.F. Ceilings were able to ensure a permanent workforce of up to twenty operatives.

Works undertaken, 50 and 70mm insulated sound block partitions, sound proof all block work with parge sound block plaster before dot and dab. Skim finish to all plasterboard surfaces.

Compartmentalization of roof spaces to meet stringent fire specifications.

New 80 Bedroom Care Home, 31 bedroom Intermediate Care Home and Cosmetic Surgery Building , Newtown Road , Carlisle , Cumbria.

Tek projects are a relatively new construction company specializing in N.H.S., P.P.F. building projects. Tek Projects have secured several orders to build similar projects nationwide. Since completing the above projects, C.F. Ceilings have been invited to tender for many of these new projects including a 7million secure unit in Brampton , Cumbria .

Works undertaken, 50mm and 70mm insulated sound block partitions, dot and dab (direct bond) all block work, tape and joint to a seamless finish. Cove all areas.
