DRY LINING (Direct Bond)

C.F. Ceilings provide a comprehensive direct bond package. This includes the bonding of standard wall board to block work, to bonding all types of thermally insulated wallboard, including British Gypsum Tri Line and British Gypsum Metal Furring Systems. All thermal direct bond systems require secondary fixing to ensure any fire rating specifications are met in full.

DRY LINING (Partitioning)

C.F. Ceilings provide a comprehensive partitioning package, this includes basic 50mm stud partitions to secure reinforced wall systems, Jumbo wall systems, Shaft wall systems, ‘I' stud wall systems and also circular and curved walls. All British Gypsum, Komfort (for whom C.F. Ceilings are the only recognised and recommended company in the Cumbria area), Knauf, Lafarge and Metsec systems are all part of our package.

As specifications are continually updated, C.F. Ceilings prides itself on being able to meet all new acoustic, fire and strength regulations.

CEILINGS ( Suspended Grid and Tile)

C.F. Ceilings provide a comprehensive suspended grid system package incorporating all Armstrong, U.S.G., Ecophon and Burgess Systems.

C.F. Ceilings has achieved Gold Partnership status with U.S.G., O.M.E.G.A Partnership status with Armstrong and E.P.I.C. Partnership status with Ecophon. C.F. Ceilings recently installed an Ecophon Ceiling System at Lancaster University , which now features in the Construction News

CEILINGS (Suspended Plasterboard)

C.F. Ceilings provide a comprehensive suspended plasterboard ceiling package. All British Gypsum systems are available including M.F. Systems and Gypliner systems. C.F. Ceilings can also supply and install mixed ceiling packages incorporating grid and tile finishes with finished plasterboard ceilings. All specifications and design requirements can be met.

FIRE PROTECTION

C.F. Ceilings provide a comprehensive fire protection package. All areas of fire protection are available, including encasement of structural steel, fire proofing partitions following penetrations to existing partitions above ceiling height, fire blankets and fire curtains to compartmentalize roof spaces to the desired specification. All works are fully sealed and taped using intumescent mastics.

FINISHES (Plastering, Ames Taping and Coving)

C.F. Ceilings provide a comprehensive finishing package, internally and externally. All plaster finishes are catered for internally, including Ames mechanical taping to seamless finish, one coat skim finish to plasterboard walls and ceilings, two coat plaster to block work, using sand and cement base coats or British Gypsum base coats.

All coving and cornice work is also undertaken.

External plaster works include, two coat render, float and sponge finish, wet and dry rough cast and all K Rend systems.

TRADE COUNTER

C.F. Ceilings can now offer a ‘walk in and buy' facility, with a new warehouse and trade counter. We now stock all materials for the dry lining trade, including all British Gypsum finishing products and plasterboard, insulation solutions and a comprehensive range of ceiling products.

The trade counter itself can offer access to a wide range of Hilti Power Tools, all hand tools and fixings relating to the Dry Lining trade, as well as all Personal Protection Equipment.

WASTE MANAGEMENT

Due to expansion and an ever changing work environment, C.F. Ceilings can now provide a comprehensive waste and recycling facility. With two skip lorries and more than thirty skips, C.F. Ceilings are now in the enviable position to be able to offer what we believe is an unequalled service, from the supply of labour , materials and site management to the removal of all waste produced on any project we undertake.
